Charter Program

Six teams. Build alongside us

Decot is picking a small cohort of operations, legal and lending teams to co-design the platform for the way their work actually happens. By invitation.

What Charter is

Three principles. None of them are “free tier.”

01

Small cohort, on purpose.

Six teams. One or two per vertical. Enough variety to make the product general; few enough that every voice changes the roadmap.

02

Co-design, not beta testing.

Charter partners do not file bugs into a black hole. You sit on the roadmap call. You name the next feature on the next release. We ship it within the quarter or tell you why not.

03

Quiet until you are ready.

No logo on the homepage on day one. No press release. No webinar. We publish your story only when the workflow is humming and you say go.

What Charter partners get

The unfair-advantage list.

Founder-led implementation

We do not hand you off to a customer-success bot. The two co-founders are in your Slack channel for the entire pilot.

Charter pricing, locked for 24 months

When public pricing tiers ship, your contract does not move. Whatever rate we agree at signing is yours through the second renewal.

A seat on the quarterly roadmap call

One 60-minute call per quarter where Charter partners vote on the next two quarters of work. Public roadmap shows what was chosen and what was deferred — with your name on the votes if you want it there.

First-look on every new feature

You see the API surface, the UI, and the migration plan two weeks before any non-Charter team. Veto power on changes that would break your workflow.

A case study you authored

We do not write your story for you. When you are ready (and only then), we publish the case study you would have written yourself, with metrics you choose.

What we ask

Four asks. Two hours a month, roughly.

One 60-minute product call every two weeks

Same day, same time. Show us the workflow as it is and where it broke this fortnight.

Honest feedback in writing

A short note after each call. We treat it as the brief for the next release.

Willingness to share one metric

Cycle time, error rate, time-to-signature — whichever you trust most. Aggregated and anonymised in any external write-up.

A reference call, when the time is right

One call to one peer prospect we send your way, with your full sign-off, after the pilot completes.

How we pick

Four steps. One yes.

We are not optimising for the largest logos. We are picking the teams who will use the product seriously, give honest feedback, and stick around for the second renewal.

Strong fit: a serious workflow volume (more than one contract a week), leadership commitment to the bi-weekly call, and a vertical where document trust is genuinely load-bearing.

  1. 01

    Intro call

Thirty minutes. We learn your workflow. You learn the product. No deck. No follow-up sequence.

  2. 02

    Workflow review

We map your current process and ours, side by side. Honest answer about whether Charter is the right fit.

  3. 03

    Pilot

Eight to twelve weeks. Real contracts. Real users. Weekly founder calls. Locked pricing from day one.

  4. 04

    Charter member

You become a Charter partner: roadmap vote, first-look access, locked 24-month pricing, optional case study.

Charter applications open until the cohort fills.

Hit reply with your name, company, vertical and a line about your workflow. We come back within one business day.
